Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use Block Runner in your location. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use.

Free browsing, accounts, and AI chat are available internationally. Paid Block Runner Pro subscriptions are currently offered only to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old and can provide a valid United States billing address and payment method. We may decline or cancel a subscription that does not meet these requirements and will refund amounts collected for it.

What Block Runner Does

Block Runner is an informational Bitcoin browser. You can explore Bitcoin blocks, inscriptions, art, network data, profiles, saved items, follows, public comments, and AI-assisted chat. Core browsing is free. Block Runner Pro is an optional paid subscription that raises your AI chat allowance. Features and availability may vary by device, location, or account status, and what a paid plan includes may change as described below.

No Transactions, Custody, or Advice

Block Runner is not a wallet, custodian, broker, dealer, exchange, trading platform, or marketplace. The service does not execute or arrange purchases, sales, transfers, or trades of bitcoin, inscriptions, securities, or other assets, and it never takes custody of any asset. A paid Block Runner Pro subscription buys access to software features only; it is not a purchase of, claim on, or investment in bitcoin, inscriptions, or any other asset. Nothing on Block Runner is financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to transact.

Bitcoin, market, fee, mempool, hashrate, mining, inscription, and other data may come from public or third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Verify information independently before relying on it.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in information secure. Do not use Block Runner unlawfully; interfere with or overload the service; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or automate access in a way that harms the service; evade security or moderation; impersonate others; or upload malware, spam, or abusive, deceptive, infringing, or illegal material.

Your Content and Public Contributions

Profile display names, avatars, and comments may be visible publicly. You keep any rights you have in content you submit. You give Block Runner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, process, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.

You must have the rights needed to submit your content. We may hide, remove, preserve, or report content, restrict accounts, and respond to reports when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or operate the service. You may delete your own comments where that control is available.

Bitcoin and Third-Party Content

Block Runner displays blockchain data, inscription media, links, and other material that Block Runner may not own or control. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement or ownership. Rights in third-party content remain with their respective owners, and third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms.

AI-Assisted Chat

Chat responses are generated with artificial intelligence and may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not treat them as professional advice. You are responsible for checking important facts and deciding how to use any response. AI chat is subject to the allowances described below, and a paid subscription raises an allowance rather than guaranteeing any particular answer, accuracy, model, or response time.

Block Runner Pro Subscriptions

Availability. Block Runner Pro is sold only to residents of the United States at this time. By subscribing you confirm that you are a United States resident and that the billing address you give is your own. We may add other countries later; until then, the rest of Block Runner remains free and available internationally.

Block Runner Pro is an optional paid subscription. Current plans and prices are shown on your account page before you check out, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that billing period. Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies will be shown at checkout and added to that price.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose — until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for. Pro access continues until the end of that period, and your account then returns to the free tier. We do not delete your saved items, follows, or chat history when a subscription ends.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and your Pro access may continue for a short grace period while that happens. If payment is not completed, Pro access ends and the account returns to the free tier.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number, and card details are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.

We may change subscription prices or what a plan includes. Changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for, and we will give reasonable advance notice before a change takes effect on a renewal so that you can cancel first if you do not want to continue.

Except where a refund is required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods and for periods in which you did not use the service. If you believe you were charged in error, or you subscribed by mistake and have not meaningfully used the paid features, contact us at hello@blockrunner.ai and we will look into it — we would rather refund an unhappy subscriber than keep the money.

We may suspend or end a subscription if these Terms are violated. If we end a paid subscription for a reason other than a violation of these Terms, we will refund the unused portion of the period you paid for.

AI Allowances and Fair Use

AI-assisted chat is subject to a usage allowance measured in AI tokens, which are consumed by the length of the conversation and the work needed to answer it, not by the number of messages alone. Signed-out visitors, free accounts, and Pro subscribers each have a different allowance. Your current allowance and usage are shown on your account page.

Allowances reset on a fixed schedule: free accounts at the start of each calendar month (UTC), and Pro subscriptions monthly on the subscription’s renewal day. Unused allowance does not carry over. When an allowance is used up, AI chat pauses until the next reset; the rest of Block Runner keeps working.

Allowance sizes may change as the underlying AI models and their costs change. We may also apply reasonable limits to prevent automated, abusive, or disproportionate use, including use that is not by a human interacting with the app.

Availability and Changes

Block Runner is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, break, or become unavailable, including experimental features such as the iOS app. We may update, suspend, limit, or stop any part of the service and may restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Block Runner disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Block Runner and its owners, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Block Runner will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when reasonably required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory law in your location applies.

How to Cancel

To cancel a Block Runner Pro subscription, sign in, open your account page, choose Manage billing, and select Cancel subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for and stops all future charges. You can also cancel by emailing hello@blockrunner.ai from the address on your account, and we will process it for you.
