Use

You may use Block Runner to browse Bitcoin blocks, inscriptions, art, saved items, account features, and chat features. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in information secure. We may limit or disable account access if we believe the site is being misused.

Orders and Payments

Shop purchases, pre-orders, and reservations are processed through Stripe. Prices, shipping details, taxes, discounts, and available payment methods are shown during checkout. Pre-orders and reservation deposits may be charged before fulfillment is ready. Product timing, availability, specifications, and final pricing may change as we prepare items for release.

We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, payment fails, information appears inaccurate, or we believe the order violates these Terms. For order, cancellation, refund, or fulfillment questions, email hello@blockrunner.ai.

Content

Block Runner displays Bitcoin, inscription, and third-party content for browsing and discovery. That content belongs to its respective owners. If you submit profile details, saved item labels, reports, or chat messages, you allow us to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the site. We may remove, hide, or report content when needed.

No Advice

Block Runner is provided for exploration and information. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Market, fee, mempool, hashrate, mining, and other network data may come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Availability

The site is provided as is and may change, break, or become unavailable. We may update, suspend, or stop providing any part of the site at any time.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Block Runner disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages from using or being unable to use the site.

Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date. We may limit or end access if we believe the site, an account, or content is being misused.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where local law requires otherwise.
