Providers
We use service providers including Supabase for accounts and database features, Vercel for hosting and performance, Google Analytics for usage measurement, OpenAI for chat responses, and Stripe for checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, and order-related payment records. Stripe handles payment method details according to its own terms and privacy notice.
Sale and Sharing
We do not knowingly sell personal information or use personal information for targeted advertising. If that changes, we will update this notice and provide any required opt-out choices.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the site, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve security. Local browser data stays on your device until you clear it.
Your Controls
You can sign out, clear browser storage, block or delete cookies, and email us to request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out where those rights apply. Clearing browser storage may remove local preferences, signed-out saved items, and chat history.
Security and Children
We use reasonable safeguards for the site, but no internet service is perfectly secure. Block Runner is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
